Marti Meyerson
As Chief Executive Officer of 2M Companies, Marti Meyerson plays a key role in overseeing investments and strategic initiatives. Her commitment to community is reflected in her leadership role in the family foundation.
Prior to these endeavors, Marti enjoyed a successful career in publishing, working with notable companies such as Ziff-Davis and Condé Nast, and serving as Associate Publisher of The New Republic. After stepping away from the corporate world to raise her three children, she refocused on investments and philanthropy.
Marti has been deeply involved with the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan for over fifteen years, including six as Board Chairperson, and serves as Chair of the Board of SITE Santa Fe. She holds a B.A. in Art History from Pitzer College and lives in Manhattan with her husband, their three children, and their goldendoodle, Nacho.

Ian Trumpower
Ian is a business, wealth, and risk manager who has provided personal and financial oversight to the Morton H. Meyerson family since 2007.
Ian is a licensed attorney and CPA (inactive). In prior roles, Ian was in-house counsel with HBK Investments and practiced law with Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Akin Gump. Ian earned a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Illinois. Ian proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.

David Hooper
David serves as the Head of 2M’s Real Estate Portfolio, leading the company’s development initiatives and overseeing day-to-day property management operations. A proud graduate of NYU’s renowned Food Studies program, David earned Magna Cum Laude honors and was Valedictorian of his major—a reflection of the academic rigor and intellectual curiosity he brings to everything he pursues.
In addition to 2M, David actively works with Connected Real Estate Capital with Ryan Lieberman and Robert Benedikt. Connected Real Estate Capital is a private investment platform focused on providing strategic capital across diversified property sectors, primarily focused on best-in-class sponsorship and tenant-driven investment opportunities.
Beyond real estate, David is a committee member of Food and Health Angels, a venture capital firm investing in early-stage global companies at the intersection of science, data, and technology — with a focus on advancing metabolic health, performance, and longevity.
